DTM testing: Joey Hand keeps BMW on top at Hockenheim

Joey Hand kept BMW on top of the time sheets as the final pre-season DTM test continued at Hockenheim

Hand set a best of 1m32.658 in the afternoon session to lead the way in the RBM M4, outpacing Edoardo Mortara's Abt Audi RS5 by 0.299s.

Martin Tomczyck was third fastest in the Schnitzer BMW M4 with a 1m32.980s best, with Timo Scheider fourth in his Pheonix RS5.

Miguel Molina finished the day fifth for Audi, having set the fastest time of the morning session with a 1m33.427s.

The best-placed Mercedes of the day was Vitaly Petrov, the Russian going eighth fastest with a 1m33.585s, while Antonio Felix da Costa set the benchmark for running, ending the day ninth fastest after completing 152 laps for BMW.
