Reigning British Touring Car champion Andrew Jordan will contest his home round of the new-for-2014 World Rallycross Championship at Lydden Hill in an OlsbergsMSE Ford Fiesta Supercar.
Jordan tested an OMSE Fiesta at Strangnas, Sweden last June and is returning to the sport in which he started his career.
"I'm very excited to get the opportunity to race in rallycross again, especially with a team as good and committed to succeed as OMSE," said Jordan.
"Andreas Eriksson [OMSE team boss] is a great guy and he has big plans for the future, hopefully this can be the start of a more long-term relationship."
Jordan, who won the British Rallycross Supercar Championship in 2007 before moving to touring cars, thinks he has the speed for a good result at Lydden Hill, which takes place on May 24-25.
"It will be hard to take on the full-time guys, but I think we can show very well. I certainly hope to be right up there on pace. Lydden is a circuit that should suit my style.
"There will be a lot of hard work to do when testing starts."
Jordan will also work with OMSE as development driver and tarmac driver coach, alongside double World Rally champion Marcus Gronholm in his role as gravel coach.
"I'm looking forward to working with Marcus Gronholm," Jordan added. "It's important for the team to move forward as the sport grows, my role will be to work with the teams drivers on their tarmac driving.
"Hopefully in testing I can bring something to the party for the team, even if it's just another opinion."
The team also announced double European Rallycross event winner Andreas Bakkerud and reigning Super1600 champion Reinis Nitiss as its line-up for 2014.
The duo will drive a pair of Ford Fiesta Supercars in the full world series, competing for the drivers' and teams' titles.
"I am excited to introduce our drivers - the present and future stars of the sport," said OMSE boss Andreas Eriksson.
"The drivers on our 2014 roster demonstrate our commitment to building the sport of rallycross. Our competitors are always thinking about winning, but I'm thinking about the future."
