Vettel takes a superb lights-to-flag victory and extends his ominous lead in the championship race.
The race was shaped at the start when Vettel got away ahead of team-mate Webber, leaving Alonso to engage in what was a mighty first lap squabble with the McLaren pair. That one is certainly worth watching again because it was brilliant first-lap racing...
Webber was holding the gap to Alonso nicely, but a KERS issue struck and the Australian lost pace, allowing the Ferrari to get closer and closer, until he eventually passed to gain a critical second place finish.
The McLaren drivers were close, but not close enough, while Nico Hulkenberg and Bruno Senna deserve a mention for gritty, determined drives to finish in the tail end of the points.
