Mexico fastest in final practice
Salvador Duran fired a warning shot to his A1GP rivals for qualifying by setting the fastest time in final practice on Saturday morning
The Mexican driver was marginally quicker than Great Britain's Robbie Kerr, who only left the pit lane with half an hour remaining in the 60-minute session.
However, Kerr's first flying lap was good enough to be third quickest, and he narrowly missed out on topping the timesheets with his second lap.
Kerr completed roughly half the amount of laps of the other frontrunners, meaning the British team should have been able to look after their tyres better than the rest of the teams.
Friday's pacesetters France were only fourth quickest, and Nicolas Lapierre was nearly half a second adrift of the Phil Giebler, who was third fastest for Team USA.
Tuka Rocha put in an impressive run right at the end of the session to go fifth for Brazil, while neighbouring rivals Australia and New Zealand were next up.
Last season's feature race winner Sean McIntosh was eighth fastest in the Canadian car.
