Aragon MotoGP: Marc Marquez leads Honda one-two in practice three
Marc Marquez was fastest for Honda in third practice for MotoGP's Aragon Grand Prix
The reigning champion established himself at the top of the timehseets with a short early run, posting a 1m47.380s - the quickest lap of the weekend - to finish fastest.
Dani Pedrosa edged out current championship leader Valentino Rossi to make it a one-two for the factory Hondas, two tenths shy of his team-mate Marquez.
Jorge Lorenzo, fastest in both sessions on Friday, was fourth for Yamaha, ahead of Ducati rider Andrea Iannone, who jumped to fifth in the dying seconds of the session.
Cal Crutchlow ensured he will progress straight into the second part of qualifying with sixth quickest on the LCR Honda, a tenth clear of Pol Espargaro, the quickest of the Tech 3 riders.
Maverick Vinales was eighth, despite an early fall, ahead of Suzuki team-mate Aleix Espargaro.
Scott Redding ended the session in 10th, but the Marc VDS rider will have to face the opening part of qualifying, as he was just 12th fastest on the combined practice timesheets.
Redding will be joined in the battle to progress from the opening round of qualifying by Ducati's Andrea Dovizioso and Silverstone podium finisher Danilo Petrucci.
Bradley Smith was 11th in third practice after a brief fall at Turn 5, but will proceed straight into Q2 courtesy of his best lap from Friday.
Loris Baz, the Open class points leader, was taken to the medical centre after a big crash at Turn 2 on his out-lap.
His Forward team indicated he had not broken any bones.
