Charles Ng stays on with Franz Engstler's BMW team in World Touring Car Championship
Charles Ng will line-up alongside Franz Engstler at the latter's BMW team for this year's World Touring Car Championship
The 27-year-old from Hong Kong joined Engstler for the final three events of 2011, and team manager Kurt Treml said the squad was looking forward to having him back on board.
"It was a very promising start for him," said Treml. "Charles has moved to live in our town, works together with the mechanics and trains on the simulator. He is quickly integrating himself with the team."
Enstler's previous team-mate Kristian Poulsen retired at the end of 2011 after winning the WTCC's independents' class, while Engstler himself scored his first outright race win in the series at Oschersleben.
