Atkinson Targets Points in NZ
Subaru driver Chris Atkinson is hoping to earn his first WRC points at next weekend's Rally New Zealand

The young Australian has impressed observers in his first two events, where he has closely matched times set by teammate and 2003 WRC champion Petter Solberg despite failing to finish either rally.
The New Zealand round will be the first event where Atkinson can draw on personal experience - he has competed in New Zealand in both Group N and Asia-Pacific classes in the past.
"It would definitely be nice to get a points finish," he told wrc.com before flying to the event, "and if we run at the same pace as we did in Mexico then there's certainly the potential for that sort of result.
"I've just got to play it stage by stage - I've got to focus on the fact that I'm learning for the future as much as anything."
