And the weather for Wales is...

It's November. It's Rally GB. It's Wales... And guess what? It's going to be cold and wet

It's no surprise that Rally GB's weather forecast is for scattered showers and temperatures to be somewhere between 5 and 10 degrees C.

Throw in a few patches of low-lying fog in the forests of south Wales and a wind blowing straight from the Arctic and you can bet there will be a few nervous brass monkeys checking themselves in Cardiff as the World Rally Championship reaches its climax this weekend.

No one expects brilliant weather for the annual pilgrimage to Britain's round of the WRC, in fact it is something to look forward to - the cold, damp, foggy stages are the kind of conditions in which local heroes Richard Burns and Colin McRae excel.

But if you don't fancy braving the Welsh weather this weekend, you can keep up to date with all the action from Rally GB right here on Autosport.com. We will be having our usual live timings and updates after every stage as Richard Burns and Marcus Gronholm battle it out for the World Championship.
