Daniel Carlsson is hoping to improve on the fifth place he scored in last weekend's Rally Sweden as the WRC field heads to Norway.
Carlsson said in Sweden that he expected to perform better in the second of the snow events, as he will have more experience of the Kronos Racing Citroen Xsara.
"Sweden was a very good preparation since I was able to get used to the Xsara as well as to my new co-driver Denis Giraudet," he said.
"The 350 kilometres of special stages that we completed mean that we are perfectly prepared."
Rally Sweden was only Carlsson's third event in the past year, but he believes that he can push a lot harder in Norway this weekend.
"I will attack in Norway in order to hopefully achieve an even better result," he said. "But 27 WRC cars means that the field will be very competitive."
Carlsson is schedule to take part in six events with Kronos during the 2007 season.
