AVL-backed driver Marta Garcia enjoyed a strong season in 2019 in W Series, in which she managed a victory at Norisring and gave her career a boost, having been dropped from Renault's Formula 1 young driver programme at the end of 2017.
Julia Stadler from AVL joined Autosport to discuss how the company has helped Garcia - and some of its other drivers - to better develop their skills, and also talks about its Formula Student programme.
