Ingall, Richards penalised
Two drivers have been penalised for incidents in V8 Supercar race two at Surfers Paradise
A time penalty for not coming to a stop after cutting the chicane early in race two was added to Russell Ingall's race time, dropping Ingall from fourth to tenth in the race two finishing order. However, this still sees him extend his lead over his closest challengers in Marcos Ambrose and Todd Kelly who finished 26th and 14th respectively.
Steven Richards also received a time penalty for his collison with David Besnard which drops him from 17th to 28th, just one row ahead of Besnard who will start 30th.
