Martin Truex Jr. dominated the Motorola 200 Busch race, held today at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez in Mexico City, the first race in series history to be held outside of the United States.

The 2004 Busch champion won in commanding style, running at the front for most of the race and eventually pulling out a large lead late in the race, ahead of Kevin Harvick, Carl Edwards and Shame Hmiel.

Local hero Jorge Goeters led from pole until the first pitstop, when a slow stop pushed him back to the middle of the pack; engine problems eventually put him out of the race. Fellow local Adrian Fernandez swapped positions with Truex for the lead halfway through the race before eventually falling away to tenth.
