GP3 racer Tamas Pal Kiss will make his Formula Renault 3.5 debut at his home race in Hungary for BVM Target.
Kiss, who sits 12th in the GP3 standings heading into this weekend's Monza finale, will take the team's second car at the Hungaroring.
BVM has already run Giovanni Venturini, Sergey Sirotkin and Daniel Zampieri alongside Nikolay Martsenko this year.
"I am very happy to have this opportunity to compete in World Series by Renault and in front of my home crowd," said Kiss.
"I couldn't imagine a better end of the season than this, so I am really grateful for BVM Target to give me a seat and for my sponsors to make it possible to grab this chance.
"WSR is a very popular and professional racing series and it is also good for the fans, because the tickets are free.
"So I hope a lot of Hungarian people will come to the Hungaroring and make a fantastic atmosphere, helping me to achieve some good results."
