Summary

Status: Stopped
Sunday's Dutch TT is set to be an absolute barnstormer. You are not going to want to miss it. Join us on Sunday afternoon for live coverage of the race.

Until then, though, we thank you for your company.
This is Rins's first front row start since Valencia last year. He won from seventh in Austin, finished second from ninth at Jerez, and was on course for a podium in Barcelona from eighth. The Suzuki man will be a dangerous prospect on Sunday afternoon.

We've just seen another replay of Marquez's save. That was a crash, without a doubt anyone else would be on the deck. Compare that with what happened to his team-mate on Friday.
The Yamaha works great around Assen. Quartararo is working great around Assen. Victory tomorrow really isn't out of the question. Will France's two-decade wait for another winner finally come to an end?
Quartararo was so happy, his airbag went off in his leathers as he celebrated.
What a nightmare for Dovizioso. He needs to start pulling points back on Marquez. Starting from 11th while Marquez is fourth is making that task all the more difficult.
Marquez is off the front row for the first time in 2019 in fourth ahead of Mir and Crutchlow. Petrucci, Nakagami, Morbidelli, Miller, Dovizioso, Espargaro complete the top 12.
He is the youngest ever rider to take back-to-back MotoGP poles. He beats Vinales, with Rins completing the top three.
It's pole for Quartararo in Assen!
Quartararo is going quick again, as is Riins. Marquez has found Dovizioso on track once more.
It's a 1m32.017s for Quartararo to snatch pole back from Vinales with just a minutes to go!
Here comes Fabio!
However, Dovi ran wide at Turn 9.
Good news for Dovizioso, as he's been able to shake him.
Marquez had a huge moment at Turn 1! Somehow, he saved it.
Vinales goes fastest with a 1m32.157s. Massive lap, he's three tenths quicker than the field.
Dovizioso and Marquez are cruising along as Dovi tries to shake him off.
Vinales is pushing.
Marquez has left pitlane shadowing Dovizioso. Dovi needs to push on, providing Marquez with the perfect reference.
I reckon Marquez is in a bit of trouble here. The Suzuki and the Yamaha are just so agile, whereas Marquez is having to force that Honda to turn. He's visibly losing out in those final two sectors.
Dovizioso is 3.084s off of Rins's lap. The Ducati rider clearly hasn't had a chance in that opening salvo to set a clean lap.
Rins leads the way, Quartararo and Vinales complete the front row for now.

Marquez, Mir, Crutchlow, Petrucci, Miller, Morbidelli, Nakagami, Espargaro, Dovizioso.
Quartararo just misses out on top spot by 0.053s. That was tight. Vinales up to third.
Rins was tucked in behind Petrucci on that lap, and it looks like the Ducati pulled him a long nicely in that third sector.
Marquez lost a bit in sector three. Second, 0.270s down on Rins's time.
Quartararo crosses the line with a 1m32.735s to go second.
Marquez is up, though. As is Quartararo.
It's a 1m32.461s for Rins! A new lap record.
Marquez sets the pace with a 1m32.857s.
Marquez's front-end bouncing away as he pushes it into Turns 6 and 7.
Pat on the bubble for Quartararo's Yamaha as he heads out to try and bag his third pole of this sensational rookie season.
Marquez is the first to take to the circuit. He is yet to qualify off the front row in 2019, but he doesn't come into this as one of the main favourites for pole.
It's already hot on circuit as Europe basks in a heatwave, but Assen is about to reach boiling point as the fight for pole gets underway.
Hats off to Pol Espargaro. He is riding injured having aggravated the wrist he hurt in a testing crash during Friday practice, and had to go to hospital for checks.
This is the fourth time this season Rossi has failed to lift himself out of Q1. He will be the lowest-placed Yamaha rider on the grid for tomorrow's race.
Alex Rins and Pol Espargaro will go into Q2.

Bagnaia lines up 13th from Rossi, A.Espargaro, Abraham, Oliveira, Zarco, Syahrin, Iannone, Rabat.
Rossi does not make it. He is out of qualifying.
Pol Espargaro goes second and Rossi has lost time in sector two. That could be it!
