Thanks for tuning in. We'll have more during the day, and we'll see you again next Sunday for the Malaysian Grand Prix.

Barbera has crashed out of that fight for seventh, at Turn 6. Redding leads that with two laps to go.
Vinales is 0.339s ahead of Dovizioso in the fight for third, Pol Espargaro is a quiet fifth.
Dovizioso takes third from Aleix Espargaro down the front straight, at the start of lap 19. Vinales has caught them both.
Crutchlow's showing impressive speed at the front. His lead is out to 2.889s. Impressive stuff, as he seeks a second MotoGP victory.
Crutchlow turns in a 1m29.294s, a couple of tenths faster than Rossi. He now leads by 2.4s.
As we type that, Vinales takes fifth from Pol Espargaro at Turn 10. He's come from 13th on the grid, another strong ride.

Aleix Espargaro is still third, ahead of Dovizioso, Pol Espargaro, Vinales, Lorenzo, Redding, Miller, Petrucci, Hayden, Barbera, Smith and Laverty is the last of the current points scorers in 15th.
Right, with 16 laps to go, Crutchlow leads Rossi by 2.014s.
That brings Marquez's run of scoring points in every race this season to an end. Consistency has been his new calling card in 2016. Looks like the weather has cooled by a couple of degrees in recent minutes.

Crutchlow now leads Rossi by 1.870s.
Marquez is down and out of the race at Turn 4!
Rossi slipstreams his way past Aleix Espargaro to take third at Turn 1, to start the 10th lap.

Another fastest lap from Crutchlow, a 1m29.494s. Marquez is 2.389s ahead, Rossi is 1.9s behind the Briton, with Aleix Espargaro currently third.
Rossi takes fourth from Dovizioso at Turn 4. In the first seven-and-a-half laps he's charged from 15th.
New fastest lap from Crutchlow, a 1m29.731s, a couple of tenths comes back out of Marquez's lead that had been 3s.
Rossi takes fifth with a textbook move down the inside at Turn 10.

Rossi is now right behind Pol Espargaro and Dovizioso.
Crutchlow takes second from Aleix Espargaro, Dovizioso takes third from Pol Espargaro.

Rossi is up to sixth, Petrucci has been shuffle down the order, passed by Lorenzo and Vinales, too.
Marquez is 1.116s clear at the end of the second lap. Pol Espargaro still second, from Crutchlow, Aleix Espargaro and Dovizioso. Miller has been dropped down to eighth.

And if you missed the news a little earlier in the week, 2006 world champion NIcky Hayden is back again, standing in for the injured Dani Pedrosa for the factory Honda outfit. Hayden will start seventh.
Keep an eye on those two, and Suzuki's Maverick Vinales from 13th. Vinales struggled yesterday as well, but he'll be quick. It's cool and the Suzuki is made for a flowing circuit like Phillip Island.
And you'll have to go a long way down the field to find the Yamaha pair. Jorge Lorenzo will start 12th, Valentino Rossi 15th. They had a shocker, it's Rossi's worst qualifying result since he was 17th at Aragon in 2011, during his tough Ducati stint.
