Why the fastest car won't be enough in F1's title fight

The mantle of 'fastest car' has swung between Mercedes and Ferrari so far in 2018, with Red Bull also joining the party on occasion. But more often than not, that hasn't translated into the expected victory for the team on top on a given weekend

Lewis Hamilton has often joked that his career has been defined by some advice his father gave him in karting.

"My dad always said, 'drive like you stole it' and that's what I still do today," the Mercedes driver has remarked several times.
