The WRC came oh-so-close to a new, multi-year, mega-buck promotion boost at the end of 2011. David Evans, armed with just £1, has been on a fact-finding mission to discover what went wrong
After acquiring North One Sport, Sky Television will film and promote the World Rally Championship in 2012.
