Stat Attack: Bahrain (post-race)
Toyota made itself some history on Saturday in Bahrain, but it was once again Jenson Button and Brawn adding to their tallies on Sunday. Michele Merlino has the inside line on all the stats
Jarno fastest at last
Jarno Trulli posted his first ever fastest lap in a race, at the 203rd attempt. Up until Bahrain, he held the record as the driver with the most starts without a fastest lap. That now falls to Johnny Herbert with 160, ahead of Martin Brundle (158) and Olivier Panis (157).
It was also the second fastest lap for the Toyota team, following Ralf Schumacher's first in Belgium in 2005.
