Wilson stays with Dreyer & Reinbold
Justin Wilson will stay on with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing for the 2011 IndyCar season
The British driver joined DRR from Dale Coyne Racing at the start of this year, and although he was unable to emulate the race victory he had taken for his previous employer, he did manage two podium finishes and pole position in Toronto.
"It's really exciting to be back with Dreyer & Reinbold Racing," said Wilson.
"We put some strong foundations in place in 2010 and we've got big ambitions for 2011. Agreeing things early means we can work hard on building our programme during the off-season and hit the ground running next year."
Team co-owner Dennis Reinbold was delighted that the squad had been able to hang on to Wilson.
"We created a lot of momentum in 2010 with Justin," said Reinbold. "We plan on continuing that next year with Justin Wilson as one of our full-time drivers.
"Justin's a class act and we couldn't be happier to have him back as part of our DRR family in 2011."
