AGR complete line-up with Andretti

Andretti Green Racing have completed their four-car IndyCar Series line-up for next season by confirming that Marco Andretti will remain with the team in 2009

The 21-year-old finished seventh in the standings last season and is spending the winter racing A1GP for Team USA to give him more experience on road courses ahead of next season, which will be his fourth in IndyCar.

AGR will retain all four drivers next year, with Andretti returning alongside Tony Kanaan, Danica Patrick and Hideki Mutoh, and Andretti believes they can challenge the likes of Penske and Chip Ganassi for the title.

"I'm really looking forward to 2009 at Andretti Green Racing," said Andretti. "As a team, we have a lot to prove next year and I want to be a big part of that.

"I learned a lot last year that I can build on going forward and I have every reason to believe that we can be a factor all year long."

Team boss Michael Andretti added: "It's good to get Marco's contract done. He is a big part of the future of our team and he's someone that we expect big things from in 2009.

"As a team, we are working very hard to improve our entire program for next season and Marco will play a big role in everything we achieve."
