Anderstorp: Lister takes victory
Jamie Campbell-Waler and Nathan Kinch took their first FIA GT championship win of the season at Anderstorp in Sweden today (Sunday), taking victory ahead of the pole-sitting Konrad Saleen of Franz Konrad, Walter Lechner Jr and Toni Seiler
The Lister ran third behind Konrad's Saleen and the similar machine of Graham Nash Racing in the early laps, before Campbell-Walter found a way up into second. A great pit stop allowed the Storm to close right up to the leader and it wasn't long before Kinch took the leader, before sauntering off to win by over 50s.
The Graham Nash Saleen lost out on the chance to finish third with a spin into the gravel trap, allowing the second works Lister Storm to claim the final podium spot.
Tim Sugden and Emmanuel Collard emerged triumphant in the N-GT class in EMKA Racing's Porsche 996 GT3-RS. They finished ahead of championship leaders Marc Lieb and Stephane Ortelli in Freisinger's similar machine, with Britons Jamie Davies and Darren Turner coming third in the Team Maranello Concessionaires Ferrari 360 Modena.
