How a Race Car's Battery is REALLY Made

From F1 to Formula E, to Sportscars and beyond, pretty much all race cars need a battery to power the onboard systems that make them so advanced. But who makes the batteries? What happens when a battery goes wrong? And what makes a battery so complex and dangerous to make? We took a trip to AVL's headquarters in Graz, Austria, to see for ourselves.
