Vallelunga Ferrari Challenge: Alessandro Balzan and Lorenzo Case' take poles

Ferrari Moscow's Balzan was able to control the first of the two 30-minute sessions, locking in the race one pole position from team-mate Alexandr Skryabin and Motor Piacenza's Case'.

Behind the top three, it was Dario Caso (CDP) from another Ferrari Moscow entry in Bjorn Grossman, while Andrii Kruglyk, Max Blancardi and Patrick Gobbo made up the rest of the top eight.

In the second session, a late effort from Case' saw the Italian pip Balzan to the race two pole position by just 0.002 seconds. Grossman was third, only another 0.003s behind Balzan.

Skryabin took fourth, while Stefano Gai, who is sharing his Ferrari Moscow entry with Andrea Belluzzi this weekend, was fifth, ahead of Bobbo, Kruglyk and Caso.

In the Coppa Shell class, Danielle di Amato (CDP) and Francisco Guedes (Motor Piacenza) shared the pole positions.
