Tracy faster still on Saturday morning...

Paul Tracy continued to seta red hot pace at Michigan as the Team Green driver recorded a lap of nearly 239mph in Saturday's free practice

Tracy and Andretti have been on the pace in all the sessions so far at the 2.0 mile superspeedway, with Cristiano da Matta moving to third quickest to give Honda, Ford and Toyota powered cars places in the top three.

Another notable improvement comes from Memo Gidley, substituting for Norberto Fontana at Della Penna. He set 15th best time, 0.766s slower than Tracy.

Single car qualifying begins at 11am Eastern time.
