Kimi beats JPM for Monaco Fantasy win

Despite his healthy haul of 162 points from the streets of Monte Carlo, Raikkonen still trails Michael Schumacher in the Fantasy drivers' table, although he did succeed in halting a run of three wins for the world champion, who has built up a monumental advantage in the first seven races.

Montoya himself had to settle for Fantasy fourth, just nudged off the podium by team-mate Ralf Schumacher.

On the chassis front it was the usual suspects scoring maximum points for completing all race laps, with Ferrari, McLaren, Williams and Renault all claiming 156 points. That keeps the Maranello team at the top of the table by 34 points from Williams.

Ferrari also head the Fantasy engine table, but the Monaco result did cut their lead significantly, with BMW able to celebrate taking 113 Fantasy points as well as their win on the track. Thanks to Raikkonen's great weekend, the boys from Mercedes managed to pack 84 Fantasy points, with Ferrari tying for third with Renault, largely due to Rubens Barrichello's disappointing weekend.



There was a tie for the top step of the Monaco podium but Carter's Faith take the trophy with a team of Kimi Raikkonen and Ralf Firman driving Mercedes powered Jordans on Michelin tyres.
