Bernie Ecclestone supports South African Grand Prix within 5 years
F1 impresario Bernie Ecclestone has given his full support to a bid by South African group Omega Consortium to secure a slot on the FIA Formula 1 World Championship calendar. The grand prix would be hosted in Cape Town and is expected to be on the calendar by 2007.
