Autosport Top 50 of 2025: #42 Mathieu Jaminet

1st in IMSA SportsCar Championship

Mathieu Jaminet

Top 50 Drivers of 2025

Autosport's team of expert journalists got together to try to assess who were the top 50 drivers of 2025. Here are the results.

Porsche’s loss will be Genesis’ gain in 2026. Mathieu Jaminet was a star performer for Porsche in 2025 in both the IMSA SportsCar and World Endurance championships.

He and Matt Campbell sealed the IMSA GTP title with consistency, but that would be to overlook some impressive drives. Jaminet was probably at his best at Sebring, Campbell at Daytona, even though they trailed the sister Porsche Penske Motorsport car home both times.

But Jaminet showed what an asset he will be to Genesis when he replaced Michael Christensen in the WEC at Fuji and ended up as fastest PPM driver.
