Former Formula Renault 3.5 champion team Draco will run series newcomers Stephane Richelmi and Andre Negrao for 2011.
Richelmi, a 20-year-old from Monaco, finished second in the 2010 Italian Formula 3 Championship, which earned him a Ferrari Formula 1 prize test at the end of the year. He also tested Draco's FR3.5 car last winter.
Eighteen-year-old Brazilian Negrao steps up to FR3.5 after being an occasional frontrunner in the Formula Renault Eurocup last year.
Team manager Nadia Morini said that Draco's preference for 2011 had been to develop talented rookies.
"Our driver choice for 2011 is based upon our philosophy to develop drivers rather than sign consolidated names," she said.
"Our 2011 line-up is formed by truly young names and I must say that it hasn't been easy to sign Richelmi and Negrao because there were also two other newcomers on our list.
"Upon some deep reflection we made our choice and I'm sure we made the right decision. I trust both their ability to develop their skills as much my team's capacity."
Draco took Bertrand Baguette to the FR3.5 title in 2009. Last season its leading driver Nathanael Berthon finished seventh in the standings in his rookie year, and won at Magny-Cours.
