Viso confirmed at iSport
Ernesto Viso has been confirmed at iSport International's GP2 team for 2006
The Venezuelan finished 11th in the series this season with BCN, with a best result of second in the final race of the season in Bahrain.
iSport reckons that Viso will be the 'second-year driver' most likely to challenge for the championship
Paul Jackson team principal said: "I've known Ernesto for a number of years, and have always been impressed with his dedication and will to succeed in motor sport. We've kept in touch, and over the last couple of months have started talking seriously about 2006.
"We agreed terms very quickly as it was obvious the ambitions of iSport mirrored Ernesto's personal ambitions perfectly, and will make a strong partnership."
Viso said he feels positive about driving for a front-running team in 2006. He said: "I know Paul, and I know we will get on very well. I will be putting in 100% effort on and out off the track, and I know the team will be doing the same."
