Wurz voices approval at Benetton B200
Alex Wurz has given Benetton's new 2000 challenger the thumbs up
The Austrian, who drove the B200 at the Circuit de Catalunya on Tuesday, said: 'We completed the installation with no problems and I got out of the car with a really big smile on my face.
'The engine sounds super fantastic and the car feels good.
'I didn't want to stop but the circuit was closed so I had to. It's difficult to say much after one lap but I do feel very happy.'
Technical director Pat Symonds said the purpose of the brief test was to prepare the car for today's shakedown.
Last year's B199 was tested by the team's other driver, Giancarlo Fisichella.
