Qualifying 2: Green back on top
Jamie Green will start from pole position for Rockingham's second Formula Three race, the first time the Carlin driver has qualified fastest since the opening meeting of the season at Donington Park
Race one polesitter Nelson Piquet Jr lines up alongside Green on the front row, as again series dominator Alan van der Merwe could only manage fourth position.
Surprise of the session was the appearance of Fortec's Will Power in third place, the Australian's best qualifying yet. This was achieved despite a wild aerial moment at the chicane that he was lucky to escape without damage. Richard Antinucci and Stefano Fabi were less fortunate in similar incidents, the latter cracking the tub of his Dallara. Power's Fortec team-mate Robert Dahlgren will start fifth behind van der Merwe.
Clivio Piccione, third for Manor in first qualifying, slipped to sixth this time ahead of Carlin pair Ronnie Bremer and Richard Antinucci, Menu Motorsport's Adam Carroll and P1 Racing's Billy Asaro. Danny Watts dropped from his earlier fifth position to 11th, mystified by the handling of his Hi-Tech Dallara. T-Sport's Karun Chandhok again topped the Scholarship division times.
