F3 drivers penalised at Monza
Five British Formula 3 drivers have been handed penalties for corner-cutting during this afternoon's 40-minute feature race at Monza
Fortec's Will Buller and Fahmi Ilyas, Carlin's Rupert Svendsen-Cook, Double R's Scott Pye and Hitech's Riki Christodoulou have all been dropped down the order for their transgressions.
Buller, who finished fourth on the road, has been dropped to seventh, and Svendsen-Cook, who finished sixth, has been dropped to eighth. This promotes Carlin's Carlos Huertas to fourth, Hitech's Pietro Fantin to fifth, and Carlin's Kevin Magnussen to sixth in the final order.
Ilyas has been dropped from 10th to 12th and Pye from 11th to 14th, meaning that T-Sport's Menasheh Idafar is now awarded the final point for 10th - given that Christodoulou, who would have been 10th - is now 11th.
Buller has also been handed a 10-place grid penalty for round two at Oulton Park next weekend, for his part in a wheel-banging incident with Carlin's Jazeman Jaafar.
