Anglo-Danish racer Emil Bernstorff is to return to the top level of Formula 3 in the non-championship Masters event at Zandvoort in July.
Bernstorff, who has won two races in the German F3 Cup this season, will drive Italian team EuroInternational's second Dallara-Mercedes, which is yet to be raced this year.
He will link up with EuroInternational's regular F3 European Championship driver Tom Blomqvist. The duo was paired together last year, when they drove for Ma-con in European F3.
EuroInternational team boss Antonio Ferrari told AUTOSPORT: "We have a plan to run Emil at the Masters, and we also want to have one European F3 race with Carlos Sainz Jr before Macau. We want to run Carlos at Macau."
Sainz recently tested with EuroInternational at Vallelunga, the team running him in the spare car of the Romeo Ferraris squad.
"Carlos was as fast as Raffaele Marciello [the F3 European Championship leader, who was testing on the same day with Prema Powerteam]," said Ferrari.
"He was very happy and he liked it. It gave us good indications for Hockenheim [the subsequent Euro F3 round]."
