Lucas di Grassi has lost his front-row grid position for tomorrow's GP2 feature race at Spa after incurring a three-place grid penalty for blocking during qualifying.
The Brazilian, who initially qualified second behind polesitter Alvaro Parente, will now start from fifth.
Series leader Nico Hulkenberg has been moved up to second in his place, with iSport's Diego Nunes promoted to third and Barwa's Vitaly Petrov to fourth.
Meanwhile, DPR's Franck Perera has been sidelined from the weekend after qualifying outside 107 per cent of Parente's pole lap.
The Frenchman had earlier ended the rain-affected practice session 12s off the fastest time, and was therefore unable to draw upon that as an indication of his true pace.
