The Scuderia Coloni team has taken full control of the Fisichella Motorsport International GP2 squad after buying out Giancarlo Fisichella and his associates.
The cars remain in the same livery for this weekend's races at Valenca, but the Paolo Coloni-owned team has already changed most of its branding to reflect a new deal with Party Poker Racing.com.
A statement released by the team said: "Coloni Motorport has now gone back to full management control of Scuderia Coloni, having completed the full acquisition of the share package from Fisichella Motor Sport Spa."
Coloni's deal also applies to the team's Formula BMW Europe squad, which will miss the rounds in Valencia and Spa but return for the Monza finale.
Party Poker Racing also sponsors the Euroseries 3000 in a deal that includes support for the series winner to promote to GP2 next season.
