Spanish Formula Three champion Ricardo Risatti will move up to the GP2 Series with BCN Competicion for 2007.
The 20-year-old joins former Formula One driver Sakon Yamamoto at the team, as the outfit chase their first win in the series.
"Working with the BCN team fills me with enthusiasm," said the Argentine driver. "I am really motivated.
"I will have a lot to learn about the GP2 world, but I am ready to face this new challenge."
Team boss Enrique Scalabroni believes that he has a driver line-up capable of achieving a lot throughout the season.
"The arrival of a young talent like Ricardo will be perfectly complemented by the experience that Sakon will bring to the team," he said.
"I am firmly convinced BCN will have a driver line-up that could allow us to get many satisfactions throughout the year."
