Williams Not Ruling Out Pizzonia Return

Williams-BMW owner Frank Williams said today he has not ruled out the possibility of sacked Jaguar driver Antonio Pizzonia returning to his team as a test driver in 2004.
Pizzonia joined Jaguar at the start of the season after an impressive year testing for Williams, but he was sacked after the British Grand Prix to make way for Justin Wilson.
Williams admitted he has spoken to Pizzonia's manager Jayme Brito since the Brazilian's dismissal at Jaguar, but said no decision on test drivers will be taken just yet.
"The testing regulations for next year are very unclear, so until that is very clear and agreed between everybody, we can make no commitment to anybody regarding testing, except of course the team's drivers," Williams said.
"I've spoken to Jayme Brito probably every hour on the hour since... he's a very good manager. So we'll see."
Pizzonia endured a torrid time at Milton Keynes-based Jaguar and was one of only three drivers not to score a point - the other two being Minardi's Jos Verstappen and Wilson.
