Odds: Bookies expect more Lewis Hamilton success in Belgium
Lewis Hamilton is yet again the favourite with the bookmakers as he goes in search of his second win at the Belgian Grand Prix this weekend
The McLaren star, victor in Budapest prior to the summer break, is rated as a 13/5 shot with Paddy Power.
The Iceman cometh
Could this be the weekend where Kimi Raikkonen and Lotus finally bag a win this season? History is certainly on the Finn's side given his formidable record in Belgium, where he has won four times. He's available at 9/2, while last year's winner Sebastian Vettel is the second favourite at 4/1.
Can Alonso break his Spa duck?
Fernando Alonso still holds a comfortable championship lead, but the Ferrari star's Formula 1 record at Spa doesn't make for great reading. He is rated at 4/1 for his first Belgian GP win. As for Mark Webber, last year's runner-up, he is the joint fifth favourite alongside Romain Grosjean at 9s.
The real Spa superstar
Michael Schumacher and Spa go together like schnitzel and sauerkraut. His first start, first win, seventh title and 20-year anniversary all occurred at Spa. This weekend's race remarkably will be his 300th grand prix, and he's an excellent each way bet at 40/1.
The rest
With Jenson Button beginning to fall away from the championship fight, the 2009 champion is rated at 10/1 for this weekend's race. He finished third at the Belgian GP in 2011. For an each-way bet and given the unpredictability of the Belgian weather and F1 in 2012, Sergio Perez, Kamui Kobayashi and Pastor Maldonado are surely all worth a pound or two at 100/1.
