Formula One team boss Eddie Jordan has announced he will endorse the career of British driver Adam Langley-Khan, currently competing in the Eurocup Formula Renault V6.
"Adam shows great promise and I want to encourage him in every way," said Jordan. "The early stages of a career in motor racing can be tough and I try to provide advice to young up-and-coming drivers whenever I can. I have every confidence in him and wish him all the best."
Jordan, renowned for his skill for spotting and nurturing driving talents like Jean Alesi, Eddie Irvine and Michael Schumacher, will support the racing career of the 17-year-old British driver.
Langley-Khan contested four races in the British Formula Three Winter Series, finishing runner-up in the Scholarship Class. He currently drives for the DAMS team in the Formula Renault V6 championship.
"I am very excited and honoured that Eddie Jordan has endorsed my racing career," he said. "This is a fantastic opportunity for me and I feel very proud that someone of Eddie Jordan's stature is standing by my side to guide my future racing career."
