Dealing with a fiery young team-mate
Two different intra-team fights broke out at opposite sides of the motorsport world last weekend. It may not help team harmony, but dealing with rising stars has to be a delicate business, says Jonathan Noble
He is the established star, and just wants to be left alone out front. It would be better that way.

Jonathan Noble is Motorsport.com’s Formula 1 editor.
