"Yeah, every Sunday there's a Grand Prix we have a party. It's brilliant. It's the most exciting season so far, isn't it? I can't remember which one it was, but there was one race when I was in the car and heard it on the radio, and it was actually even more exciting than it was on the telly!"

"I had my cans on, so I could hear the Jordan drivers talking to the pits. It was very exciting. When Heinz was trying to catch Ralf, the direction from the pit was 'Just go as fast as you can!'"



"He couldn't do anything today, could he? He was all over Michael, but the track wouldn't allow him to pass. He didn't look very happy on the podium. But as for Mika, I've never seen anyone celebrate like that before in my life."



"His attitude's changed, and everybody's talking about it. Stephen Hendry knows him quite well, and he's seen it. They've all got loads of bottle to do what they do, but he's now getting aggressive, and the only way you're going to beat Schumacher is by being aggressive."



"I think it's true. You can't go through an accident like that and it not change you. I'm only assuming, but he's probably thought I'm in F1, it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance, I've got to go for it. He probably thought that he was doing it, but then he realised I can do this even better than I'm doing it, why do I have to be in second place? It's a bit like Tiger Woods in the golf. Everybody has accepted that they will be second to Tiger, and as long as they have that attitude, it's never going to change."



"He's not one of my favourites. Obviously he's British, so absolutely, no doubt about that. But if he'd been like this at the start, everybody would have fallen in love with him. I remember when he first came on the scene, I was very excited about it. But he was so professional and staid, which I suppose is exactly how you have to be. He was the new kid on the block and he was going to be brilliant, but for three or four years he hasn't done much, although he always had a great car. But now he's rocking. That's why I really like Jenson Button; Jenson is flying, and he's going to be a massive star, regardless of whether he wins any races."



"Unbelievable. He hadn't raced then. We went out that night, and it was so funny. We were talking to some girls and they said, 'What do you do?' He said, 'I'm a Formula 1 driver,' and they went, 'Yeah, sure.' It was so funny! I was saying, 'He is an F1 driver.' So I was getting all the attention. Now it's completely the other way around."



"He's got so much bottle. I've never met anybody with so much bottle. And he's so cool. I saw him after the race at Silverstone, literally five minutes after the race, and he said 'Are you alright then, what are you doing tonight?' I was thinking if I was him I'd be having a party now, saying 'Look what I just did!'"



"Definitely. But they're new aren't they? It takes years. That's why Eddie Jordan's brilliant. He's been around for ages and ages and he's learning more and more. Jackie Stewart couldn't even do it, Prost can't do it."



"A very bad year. They're not happy at all. But it's just been bad luck - they haven't done anything wrong, but every time something could go wrong, it did. In practice on Saturday morning Jarno was flying, and it comes to the qualifying, and he's 12th. They've just had no luck at all. Eddie says he's started talking to his angel because he doesn't know what's wrong this season. He thought it was going to be his best season ever. But he's still looking to finish third or fourth."



"I'm going back to doing TFI in September/October, all live, all at 11pm. That will be good, because we've been on tape for two and half years now, and that's two and half years too long! So I'm looking forward to that. I don't actually know what date we start, but I know we start soon, which is why I'm going out now and rocking. We're just doing eight, until the end of the contract, and then we've got to re-sign next year."

"No, but I'm definitely coming back. We got here Friday afternoon and I literally haven't been to bed. I am absolutely knackered. But I'm not going to bed, either..."
