Button round-up: The weekend in full
Jenson Button became the 2009 Formula 1 world champion with what he reckoned was his finest ever drive, as he came through from 14th on the grid to fifth place at Interlagos and in the process put the title beyond the reach of his season-long rivals Rubens Barrichello and Sebastian Vettel
Such a result looked unlikely a day earlier when a downcast Button reflected on how he had ended up 14th on the grid, but he got things back on course with a flawless drive in the race that proved his champion's credentials and completed a fairytale year for Brawn GP.
