Belgian GP: Provisional grid issued after penalties

Pastor Maldonado moves back from third to sixth place as a punishment for impeding Nico Hulkenberg in Q1.

Mark Webber and Nico Rosberg both get gearbox-change penalties, so drop from seventh and 18th respectively to 12th and 23rd.

The stewards investigated whether Kimi Raikkonen should be penalised for going beyond track limits at Eau Rouge in Q3, before deciding he had not committed an offence. He therefore moves up to third after Maldonado's demotion.

Jenson Button and Kamui Kobayashi share the front row.
