Honda will bring its second Formula 1 engine upgrade of 2019 to this weekend's French Grand Prix, just four grands prix after its first was introduced.
Both the Red Bull's of Max Verstappen and Pierre Gasly will benefit from the upgrade, as well as Toro Rosso's Daniil Kvyat - whose subsequent grid penalty for changing the power unit means Toro Rosso have elected not to run Alexander Albon with the upgrade.
Scott Mitchell joins Edd Straw to discuss what this means for the competitiveness of Red Bull and its junior team, and how it ultimately shifts the onus onto Red Bull to utilise its chassis in order to make the most out of what Honda can offer going into the second half of the season.
