Fascinating tales from the British Touring Car Championship fill the latest Autosport Podcast as 1992 champion Tim Harvey joins Edd Straw and Kevin Turner.
Having raced for teams at both ends of the field during the BTCC's much-loved Super Touring era and remained in the paddock as an ITV commentator, Harvey has plenty of untold stories from the series to share.
Topics from his BTCC racing days include how he was initially underwhelmed by the front-wheel drive Super Tourers, winning the title despite his team boss Vic Lee's mid-season arrest, the state of the early Renaults, going head to head with Rickard Rydell at Volvo, the politics that stymied Peugeot and why he's never been tempted to follow contemporaries such as Alain Menu back onto the grid.
Harvey also talks about his current racing programme in Classic Formula Ford 1600 and has plenty to say about the current BTCC too.
