Level 5 retains Christophe Bouchut and Luis Diaz for American Le Mans Series

Level 5, Sebring testingLevel 5 Motorsports will retain Christophe Bouchut and Luis Diaz as Scott Tucker's team-mates for its American Le Mans Series LMP2 campaign this year.

The team was the only regular ALMS LMP2 entrant last season, but faces tougher competition this year with several newcomers joining the field. Level 5 will enter a pair of new HPDs for the ALMS and Le Mans 24 Hours.

Joao Barbosa and IndyCar driver Ryan Hunter-Reay will again join the line-up for the ALMS season-opening Sebring 12 Hours.

Tucker is set to drive both his team's cars as usual, with Bouchut his regular partner in the #055 and Diaz joining him in the #95.

Level 5 team manager David Stone said: "We're happy to have Christophe, Luis, Joao and Ryan back with Level 5 for 2012.

"They're all good, top guys and while there could have been some other choices, I don't think there could have been any better choices to join Scott in the HPDs.

"It's good to have the continuity and working relationship with the same crew and we're all looking forward to the season."
