Warren Hughes will return to the European Le Mans Series with the new Murphy Prototypes squad this year.
The 43-year-old Briton, will drive the team's Nissan-engined ORECA in the top category - LMP2 - with his long-time co-driver Jody Firth. The pair won last year's SPEED Euroseries in a WFR-run Wolf.
They will be joined by a third driver if the Murphy - which has brought on board RLR MSport to run the car - gains an entry for the Le Mans 24 Hours. Currently the car is third reserve on the LMP2 entry list.
Both Hughes - a racewinner in both the GT1 World Championship and the British Touring Car Championship - and Firth will have their first taste of the ORECA at the official ELMS test at Paul Ricard on March 9.
