Dutch team MP Motorsport has committed to a maiden full-time campaign in Auto GP for the 2012 season.
The team has already firmed up the first of its two drivers, with Daniel de Jong set to build on his three exploratory race weekends with Auto GP in the series last year.
Dutchman de Jong, 19, drove in Formula Renault 2.0 for three seasons with MP before moving into Formula Renault 3.5 last year with Comtec Racing.
MP will collaborate this year with British team Manor Competition, as reported in this week's AUTOSPORT magazine.
Team manager Sander Dorsman said: "Last year we only did a few races in Auto GP but it went really well. We were really eager to be a full-time entrant and run two cars in the championship. It's a good challenge.
"We are really happy that Daniel with continue with us. He did a very good job with us last year, especially at Oschersleben [where he finished sixth]."
