Tom Kimber-Smith will remain with Greaves Motorsport for next year's Le Mans Series.
The 27-year-old Briton enjoyed a successful 2011 season, taking LMP2 honours at the Le Mans 24 Hours and the class title in the LMS as well, and will partner Alex Brundle in the team's Zytek-Nissan in 2012.
"I am excited to continue racing with Greaves Motorsport next season. The team has done a fantastic job in preparing a fast and reliable car in 2011; this was a major part of the success that we enjoyed during the year. I am really looking forward to the programme for the 2012 season."
Kimber-Smith's deal does not include any outings in the World Endurance Championship, which Greaves is also entering with a Zytek-Nissan, although he told AUTOSPORT that he expects to retain an involvement with the team in a non-driving capacity.
He will not be part of the team's Le Mans line-up either, and is actively seeking a drive elsewhere for sportscar racing's blue riband event.
