Richie Stanaway will make his GP3 Series debut at Spa this weekend after signing a two-race deal with reigning champion team ART Grand Prix.
The 19-year-old New Zealander won last year's ADAC Formel Masters title and currently leads the German F3 championship after winning nine times already in his maiden season in the category.
"I'm very excited about the opportunity to join ART for the remaining GP3 races of this season," Stanaway said. "I'm sure that it will be a great new environment for me to learn and test myself against the other drivers to see how my performance compares.
"I'm very thankful to ART and [his management stable] Gravity for giving me this opportunity and I'm looking forward to the first race this weekend af Spa."
ART has confirmed that Stanaway will race the car driven by Pedro Nunes until the last round at the Hungaroring.
